The Mumfluencer rich list: The mum stars earning the most from social media
- In celebration of Mother’s Day, a new report reveals the social media mums that are earning the most through their followings on social media.
- Stacey Solomon was revealed to be earning the most with an estimated £12,268.73 per post equating to an estimated salary of £637,973 in a year.
- Mrs Hinch came in second place, with £10,596.62 per Instagram post and an estimated £551,024.24 per year.
From Stacey Solomon to Candice Braithwaite, mummy bloggers are currently owning the social media world, showing the honest highs and lows of motherhood.
To uncover who is dominating the mumfluencer world and celebrate their success ahead of Mother’s Day, Cartwright & Butler, has used the Instagram money calculator* to work out the highest estimated earnings, per post, from the UK’s most influential mums on Instagram.
Taking the top spot is Stacey Solomon, currently best-known for her spot on the Loose Women panel. With 5million followers and an engagement rate (the metric used to describe the average number of interactions on a post per follower) of 10.3% on Instagram, it is estimated that she could earn up to £12,268 per post from a brand sponsor, meaning a salary of £637,973 a year just from one post a week. Furthermore, Stacey’s engagement rate is also 10x the industry average of 1.97%*.
Cleaning and family sensation, Mrs Hinch, came in close second place. Sharing not only her cleaning tips, but also her tips and everyday life in motherhood, the star has racked up a following of 4.3m loyal Hinchers. From just one sponsored post a week the star could earn her £551,024 a year.
YouTube sensation, Louise Pentland came in third place. With her content covering everything from mental health to family travel, the research showed that she can earn an estimated £9,660 per post. Having an established YouTube following, she also has opportunities to top up her earnings through YouTube with an estimated £835.32 per video.
Stars of The Mummy Diaries, Billie and Sam Faiers came in 4th and 5th place. It is estimated that Sam Faiers can earn up to £7,103.14 per post, with Billie earning just under that at £5,795.20 per post. Rochelle Humes came closely behind, with £5037.83 per post.
